When you submit an enquiry form, you are asking us to pass your name, contact details, the bond you are interested in and your indicative investment amount to our partner broker, 287 Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 14 690 496 149), which holds Australian Financial Services Licence No. 700300, so that they can send you the offer documents and contact you directly. That third party will handle your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate our website and send email, subject to confidentiality obligations. We may receive a referral or advertising fee for these introductions. We do not sell your personal information.

4b. Overseas transfer of your information

287 Capital Pty Ltd is based in Melbourne, Australia. By submitting an enquiry you consent to your personal information being transferred to and stored in Australia, where it is handled under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and that firm's own privacy policy. Australian privacy law provides comparable safeguards to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
